Entries are stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud, Kairos syncs through your private CloudKit database with encryption in transit and at rest.

The Kairos app has no analytics SDKs, no advertising pixels, and no server collecting your intimate entries. Your data stays under your control.

Yes. Kairos stores your app data locally and syncs through your private iCloud database when enabled. There is no Kairos server receiving your entries.

Can I use Kairos without a partner?
Yes. Kairos supports solo use as a first-class experience. Partner sync is optional.
Does Kairos use analytics or tracking SDKs?
The iOS app does not include analytics SDKs or tracking pixels. The public website uses privacy-preserving Umami analytics for aggregate website traffic only.
